Professional Activity Certification Training "PACT" STUDENT INFORMATION
The Professional Activity Certification Program requires that the participant complete 12 five-hour education sessions all on their own time and at their location.
Mandatory Sessions - 9 mandatory sessions need to be completed.
Supporting Sessions - the participant must select any 3 of the supporting sessions to be completed.
Participants can complete the sessions in no particular order - as long as all 12 sessions are completed by the end of one year.
If all 12 sessions are not completed by the end of 12 months/one year. The participant must pay a $150.00 reactivation fee to extend the program for another year. If all materials have not been completed in two years the program is null and void.
All sessions must be completed by the participant and returned to the instructor for grading.
Registration Fee: $59.00 for each session, if paying for all 12 sessions at the beginning $649.00 - which is a savings of $59.00. If participants want all 18 sessions $769.00.
Participants may chose to pay on this website through a PayPal account with the amounts listed on the registration form - service charges have been added for this payment convenience.
Shipping & Handling: Participants who receive their materials via email there is no shipping and handling charges. However, if you request to have the materials mailed to you there is a fee of $3.50 per session. (If paying on this website with a PayPal account there has been a service charged added.)
